We are looking for a unique Logistics person with excellent analytical skills to optimise Transport Planning Solutions for our clients, covering the Leeds area.

The role exists to ensure that the Primary network transport and Distribution operations are optimised on a day to day basis. The role owns the transport process and ensures changes within the supply chain are reflected in the operation and costs/benefits highlighted as part of any decision/change.

Being of a degree educated background the following skill set will be required to fulfil this role.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Graduate in Transport and Logistics, Maths, Geography or any Science subject would be highly desirable.

The role will involve developing a product and brand from scratch and using multiple channels to market this out. Also involvement within market research including qualitative and quantitative research will be involved.

You will be involved in building the marketing plan and the brand strategy will be your responsibility.

Key skills and experience
-Previous marketing manager experience
-Comfortable working with practical marketing
-Experience within market research or social research will be of benefit.
-Knowledge of research methods and qualitative/quantitative research a benefit.
-Experience of business to business and channel marketing advantageous.
