Delivery

Leadership
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to Implementation Engineers in relation to project delivery.
• Provide close mentoring to new hires to ensure smooth on-boarding / ramping process.
• Work with Technical Services Manager on training and development plans for each team member.
• Ensure that all technical aspects of the implementation projects are delivered according to best practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience 2 years experience in a team leadership position and 3-5 years of software implementation, preferably with a SaaS based solution. You should be a positive self starter with excellent communication and man management skills. You should be degree educated and have superb time management skills as you will need to juggle your time between leadership and delivery, working on multiple projects at any given time (10-15+). You should have outstanding technical abilities with CSS, HTML and Javascript and a good knowledge of SQL.

LEADING LIFE AND PENASIONS GIANT - This Financial Planning Manager (FPM) position is supporting a Corporate Partnership between our clients main business and their two parent companies. Operating within various branches throughout the North of England and Scotland as the Financial Planning Manager you will be providing financial advice to customers, working with a comprehensive range of products, including life, protection, regular and lump sum investments and retirement planning, reporting into the Area Sales Manager
 
You will be responsible for building and developing relationships with key contacts within the sister banks; coaching and motivating them to help generate sales
Building relationships with customers in order to drive and sustain sales, to meet new business and business quality targets.
Identifying and converting opportunities for driving sales growth and cross selling.
Meeting activity levels and lead generation requirements.
Capturing and analysing relevant information to inform sales planning.
Taking accountability for resolving customer service issues in order to maintain the overall quality of the relationship with our partners and their customers.
Ensuring appropriate records are maintained and comply with FSA requirements
The successful person for this role will have a proven ability to maintain and develop strong working relationships with the branch staff (who provide you with qualified leads)
Have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering sales growth
Highly experienced within Financial Services, hold Competent Adviser Status and must hold full FPC

My client is a leading provider in digital advertising solutions based in central London. They are a global force who’s solution incorporates Rich Media & Video capabilities to provide the most innovative & market leading digital campaigns.
Reporting to the VP of Strategic Business Development, the Director of Business Development will manage sales activity with agency holding groups and strategic publishers in EMEA. You will be expected to raise the company’s profile with key decision makers and significantly grow revenue within existing accounts. You will also be required to partner closely with internal & external teams to identify and close business from clients that can benefit from both the company’s and 3rd party solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development at a rich media, ad serving or other technology company selling into online publishers & agencies. They will have a strong understanding of performance advertising and technology driven trends affecting the media and advertising industries. You will also need to have strong negotiation skills and the willingness to spend 75% of your time at customer sites.

As a business development manager reporting to the sales director, you will be targeting businesses of all sizes and dealing with the new business sales process from lead generation to deal close.
