It is commonly known that a badly written or sparse job advert will invariably attract a lower amount of candidates yet I am amazed at some of the job descriptions I see.
At a time when candidates are in plenty supply it’s crucial that recruiters and employers focus their attention on writing a solid job description. After all, nothing is more infuriating than receiving 30 candidate CV’s and not one of them is suitable for the job.
