Top sales people could be touted for new roles in the coming months as the executive search industry reveals rapid worldwide growth in Q2 2010.
Revenues for the executive search industry have benefited from the highest quarterly rise since the recession. Research from the Association of Executive Search Consultants’ (AESC) has revealed that during Q2 2010 quarterly net revenue has increased by 12% across the globe compared to Q2 2009 figures. Furthermore, the number of executive searches that have been conducted worldwide has increased by 38%.
Their study discovered that executive searches in the financial industry experienced the greatest year-on-year growth, with a 50% rise during the second quarter of this year. Technology, Industrial and Consumer sectors also showed a high increase in searches.
